Meet Sherry, our Dog of the Week! This affectionate two-year-old Shar Pei cross is ready to find her forever home and is hoping for a furry friend to join her in the journey.
Currently residing at Dogs Trust Merseyside, Sherry has quickly adapted to life at the rehoming centre, where she has developed a love for canine companionship. The staff would love to see her paired with another dog in her new home, as she enjoys the company of fellow pups.
Though Sherry likes to take her time when getting to know new humans, she is described as friendly and affectionate, making her a great fit for a family with children of high school age. Georgina Lowery, the manager at the Huyton-based centre, shared, “Sherry is an all-round great dog who enjoys the company of both dogs and people. She’s polite and playful during walks, and we believe she would thrive with another dog at home.”
Sherry has a playful side, often entertaining herself with toys and teddy bears in her kennel. If you’re looking for a fun-loving and friendly companion, Sherry could be the perfect addition to your family.
